Re: perfect or horrible?
I count 2 mistakes. The flop 3-bet and the river check. I would just call the flop and donk the turn (no matter what card fell), especially on this board--I don't want this to get checked through. I...

Re: Horrible Fancy Play Syndrome
Fold the turn. The turn raise is terrible and you are almost never folding out a better hand. BB and MP are going to call your turn raise becuase they both put in a bet on the turn which means you...

Re: 3/6 JJ - Standard?
[ QUOTE ]
BB is 48/27/1 over the same number of hands, and most of those PFRs have been isolation attempts on Button. Those two have quite the game within a game going, to the point where I've seen...

Re: 3/6 How Much Action With TPTK?
I like the flop 3-bet. when she leads the turn it's a call down. Raising the turn gets you 3-bet by better hands and maybe even a chop (and you still have to call down), but slows down worse hands...

Re: Statistical Convergence.
The W$ASD is going to vary according to game conditions. So, someone playing at higher limits may win more often than someone at lower limits. This is mainly an artifact of the # of players at any...

Re: Top pair vs pf 3 better, river raised
I read everyone else's responses, and yeah, I probably call--but only because you give us no other info on vil. You have 300 hands on this guy, you should KNOW whether or not this is a fold for this...

Re: tptk folds on nonscry brd
Do you put him on exactly a 9? If I was BB holding a 9, I wait to pop you on the river on a non-heart card. If I knew you were any good, you're folding the turn too often with overcards or Tx or a PP...

Re: 5/10 goofball 3towns, scary board (KTs)
If I hadn't seen him 3-bet pf before, I would probably fold the flop--the only thing I really want to see on the turn is a queen or another ten--so I figure my odds are shot and I c/f the flop.

Re: AA on a turn paired board
I would probably 3-bet the flop, but since it looked like your intention was to c/r, I think it's fine. I would be tempted to stick one more in on the turn, and c/c when the heart hits the river....

Re: pocket pair reisolation preflop preguntas.
I raise. He may fold over cards (to my pair) or a pair higher than mine (I voted 77) like 88 or 99 or maybe TT thinking my PF 3-bet often represents a big PP or an A holding. If I get 3 towned, I can...

Re: 5/10: AQ flop peel
I think the flop call is a given. If I hit a Q, I'm calling again on the turn still with str8 outs and and possible trip possibilities. I raise any A on the turn and call with 2-pair on the...

Re: Is this bad?
Why don't you donk the flop? This is a good board for you to just lead. Maybe you pick up the pot, maybe the other 2 come along (great). The turn raise never looks like a Tx holding when I'm vil and...

Re: 2/4 vs. Uber Donk
3-bet turn. If you're really scared, c/c river and expect to see a busted FD or 2-pair or A8 a lot.
