CO's logic is: "Hero has shown strength on all 3 previous streets, so he must have a strong hand. So if I bet all in...

22-AA, 10Q-AQ, 45, AK, A3, A2

The turn bet then serves two purposes:
(i) Building the pot-good because you are well ahead of his current range...

OP,

I don't think UTG+1 would CB into 5 opponents, so I make his range {JJ-AA, Jx, KdXd). UTG+1 only has $20 back so theres no way he is folding if he has a jack or an overpair here.
