FWIW, here's a spot where I would 1/2-2/3 pot this turn as we're either way ahead of a heart draw/AT or way behind a set/straight. In the case we're way ahead I think the river goes check-check. Villain has to put us on a big ace here and doesn't seem to care, so I think we're crushed almost every time here.

I don't think we can rule out a set by saying he'd have raised that on the flop. I think since he's put us on a big ace he's assuming we don't have a heart draw and could be overlooking the fact a heart will kill his action.
