Re: 200NL - C-bet on flop in these 3-bet pots?
I almost always lead both of these flops, but hand #1 is definitely a trickier situation being oop. I'd probably make it $35 on flop #1. Hand #2 I feel more confident leading here - it's doubtful...

Re: [censored] weird pf spot w. AA
What the @!$?#&! is SB calling with here? He must have a pp and hoping to see a flop with it. Why would he limp then call a raise and reraise from the SB knowing he'll be oop the entire hand?...

Re: 25NL flopped straight now what?
What about a smaller raise? Would that ever entice a call? Some donks will call a smallish raise with anything for some reason (say kick it up to $3 and hope he improves to a better 2nd best on the...

Re: 100NL: AQo in Blind Battle
With no stats or reads, do you normally feel comfortable going all-in with TPGK after the flop? I'd give him credit for a set or two pair and move on. You showed strength pre-flop and on the flop and...

Re: AA fold
When are we ever ahead on the river here? Odds or no odds, I don't see a call here. I love the check/call line SO much better on the river than the line you took.

Re: Screw it All, I\'m Going Pro
Fish,
Good luck with this... I myself have wondered about how the tax side would work if I ever withdrew large sums of money (I have a nice full time job and just leave my money on PokerStars). I...

Re: 200NL flush vs passive opponent
[ QUOTE ]
I would probably bet the turn here unless you think he's just the type to routinely keep calling with A5o here.
As played I'm pushing the river though and expecting to get called by all...

Re: 200NL | a river shove out of the blue...
I'd like to hear why some people think this is an easy call. Our line and multi-way pot situation makes it hard to believe that this is a bluff often enough to make it +EV. I'm interested to hear how...

Re: 1010 on the button, always 3-bet? NL200
In general, I like to isolate by 3-betting when I'm in position, but I won't do it against a nit with this hand since there is no fold equity (you can fold out some people preflop with the 3-bet...

Re: 200NL | a river shove out of the blue...
Not sure I agree that these are bluffs as frequently in a multi-way pot. A-2 of hearts wouldn't surprise me at all from SB. FWIW, I might raise this preflop since you likely have the best hand.

Re: 200NL flush vs passive opponent
As played, just call even though against this type of opponent you're probably beat. His flop call of your bet makes me think he must have also had a pair with two spades (say 10-J of spades)....

Re: nit sandwich
I don't think the flop raise is so bad... In a multiway pot, it's a nice way to get the pot heads up and give us position for the turn and river. Obviously you fold to the shove. He's probably...

Re: I misplayed ladies: tell me how
seems like villain's overbet on river is meant to make us think he's bluffing... most tightish players I've ever seen do this are posing and can beat one pair. Fold is good.

Re: QTs river sucks
Those two hands don't seem too wild and crazy. He certainly likes slowplaying big hands though, which makes me wonder.
In your hand, I love the donk bet on the flop. This does look a lot like Kx...

Re: horrible KK spot 200BB deep..
FWIW - I like leading the turn in this spot. If he calls or raises, you pretty much know you're done. By checking, you open the door for him to bet a wider range of hands, making it very difficult to...

Re: I spike my river and get checkraised all in?
Honestly, without a read, I probably make a crying call here in the heat of the moment. Having a chance to read the reponses, think about the hand more, and reflect upon my own experiences being...

Re: live 1-2 hand
I probably fold pre-flop considering I will be OOP the entire hand AND a player that I view as both tight and passive is raising here. As played, I don't know that I bet this flop. Generally...
