Default 1010 on the button, always 3-bet? NL200

I´m intrested in starting a discussion about what hands to 3-bet with on the button.

Today I played this hand, I find 1010 on the button, and CO, a decent 25/16 player opens up to 7.
Is this always a 3-bet with 1010 in this situation?

I admit it very often depends on that persons stats, if he raises 20% of his hands I guess you should lean more towards a reraise, but under 20% you should be more inclined to call.

If he calls, what line should we take on the flop?

yes...this is just too broad a question.

why not draft a few hypotheticals you have run into to better focus this subject.

In general, I like to isolate by 3-betting when I'm in position, but I won't do it against a nit with this hand since there is no fold equity (you can fold out some people preflop with the 3-bet which is an excellent result with just a pair of tens preflop) and there's a decent chance I'm behind to a nit preflop with a pair of tens. Of course, no two situations are exactly the same, so it's hard to defend the stance that 3-betting is standard with pocket tens on the button.

I think my example here is pretty good, he is 25/16, and I have won a couple of pots against him and i know he is a little frustrated with me.
My image is probably very aggressive since i always c-bet hard and I am capable of reraising with more holdings than just AA/KK, depending on the circumstances, but at the same time I am a 23/16 player, so I´d say that I´m a TAG. Therefore he should respect my 3-bets, but at the same time be aware that it is not always AA/KK.
Afterwards I think that he might have been too tight in order for me to make this play with 1010, eventhough I had position.

Against a typical player w/ PFR>10 this is a pretty standard 3-bet and does, contrary to what other people say, not depend on a whole lot of other things.
