Default Extracting value after mis-click from BB turns into pay dirt

Villain is 28/10/2 over about 130 hands. I accidentally called his raise from BB and here's what ensued. How do I extract maximum value? I feel like no matter how I play this it looks like I hit a set of fours or sixes or something...

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $1.00 BB (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

UTG ($83.20)
MP ($54.25)
CO ($167.25)
Button ($158.95)
SB ($78.70)
Hero ($161.55)

Preflop: Hero is BB with 5, 2.
UTG calls $1, 1 fold, CO raises to $6, 2 folds, Hero calls $5, UTG folds.

Flop: ($13.50) 6, 4, 3 (2 players)
Hero checks, CO bets $7, Hero ???

nah. villian is unlikely to have hit and you don't mind a check behind and paint on the turn.

Sorry, don't have access to the original converted hand history at the moment, but I can tell you that I called the flop. Turn was an eight of clubs. I checked and villain bet $12 ($27.50 pot). I raised to $44 and villain called. At this point, the board is four suited, so I figure villain's range has to be an overpair here to call my raise, right? Thoughts on my line from OP forward?

Maybe he hit a set of eights of something. Shove river no matter what.
