maybe it is just me but with your chip stack...I think you need to pick a better spot than with A rag. You sound like you have pretty good read on the guy but with A rag you are pretty much coin...

Add a kill pot. If a player wins two hands in a row then he is in for higher blind. If you play .25/.50 then on a kill hand it is .75 to go or even a $1.

1. Yes I think you need to bet the river. The K is going to be a scare card most likely and he probably will fold hands that beat you like 7's, 8's and maybe higher. Plus if you bet and he folds...

I haven't seen this one on anybody list but for me Killer Poker was the most helpful. It kinda bounces around alot but if you have a problem with Bad Beats...you need to read this book.

Playing $3/$6 I won $2,465.00 with J3o. I fold it PF but two other guys had a Bad Beat Jackpot of $78,000. Everybody that was dealt a hand split 25%. Not sure this is what you were look for but...
