Default Am I Crazy?

Usually in NL, I find that I like being in early position because I like to have first shot at the pot. It seams to me that I win a lot of pots when I am in the BB or SB and there is a LP raise and a just us three seeing the flop. I was trying to explain it to a buddy and he thought I was crazy.

You win more money in late position. While there are advantages to being up front in some games, there are better advantages to being in late position.

Yes I realize that late position does have a lot more advantages, but I simply stating that I also like early position. If I had my choice....put me on the button every time. I just wanted to see what others thoughts were on early position.

I guess if you have a good read on your opponents, you can bet out when you think they missed the flop and take the pot. In late position, they might do this to you.

When there are real hands out there, you want to be LP.
