Very tough to do lists like this for football with so many different positions. Bailey is way too high, Moss isn't motivated enough to be top 10, and Seymour is not better than Peppers or Freeney. Didn't even get past that.

Well you didn't see Brett Favre in the mid forties so that's good for you.

Freeney gets way more sacks than Seymour so he is clearly better!!!!

Overrated:

Portis
Moss
Bailey
Taylor (I like him but he's not that good and he doesn't have great common sense off the field (I like the U but he's an idiot)
Ogden
Stephen Jackson

Underrated
Edge
Merriman - He's good but not top 50 good.
Gonzalex- Lost a step

Not on the list:

Burgess - Had a great 2005 season
Hines Ward - I'd put him higher instead of on the cusp

I rarely say this - but this list is beyond pointless. You just can't compare players in football like this.

Seymour 3 titles anchoring the D for the Patriots. Freeney 0 titles anchoring in the past what has been a horrible D. Last year the D was suprisingly better but the team still didn't have enough in the playoffs.

I know Seymour has better players around him defensively, but great ends definitely ground a D and he is definitely one of them.
