I can honestly say that I never broke a mouse or punched a hole in the wall or anything because of poker. I read Killer Poker and it totally changed how I looked at bad beats but the other day I was playing at a Casino in LA and had been running bad the whole week I was there. I had spent most of the BR that I brought and the last day decided that I had enough to play $3/$6 limit. (normally play $6/$12) There is this guy at the table that thinks is the Brunson of $3/$6 and is babbling non-stop about the hand before last. Every chance he gets he ask for a new set up and constantly making seat changes chasing luck. He finally gets a seat change right next to me. Now the only time I have been more annoyed by the people around me was when I was 22 on a plane sitting between an Army recruiter and a AmWay sales man. I have a good seat 7 and can see the whole table and I have a drunk in seat 4 that every time he picks his cards up...he shows them to me so I am liking the free info. Well the yahoo can now see them also and tells the dealer. I ask him why he did that and I quote "it might effect the way I play a hand". Anyway, I am in the BB with K9c and the yahoo calls in 1st position and we have 2 other MPs call. The SB completes and I check. The flop is Kh, 3d, 7s. SB checks, I check, Yahoo checks, Mp checks, Mp bets, SB folds, I RR, Yahoo calls, everybody else folds. Turn is the Kd and I bet out and Yahoo calls. River is 8d and I bet out and yahoo raises. Think the Yahoo probably just filled up on me but I was going to pay him off. He shows 10d and 5d for runner, runner flush. I know this happens alot in $3/$6 and you want a table full of these guys and these calls but I was already ready to choke him. I told him that he was f@#%in horrible and the dealer got onto me about my mouth so I told him that I was F@#%in leaving and got up and walked out. Anyway, I felt horrible afterwards and wish I could have just gone out and bought another mouse.

> Punched floor repeatedly until my knuckels started bleeding

> Used a TI-89 to stab repeatedly at a potted cactus

Oh and maybe 5 years ago playing counterstrike I died and punched my glass glare filter shattering it all over me and my desk.

Other than that I usually keep my cool, learned to turn the computer off.
