Re: Ask me about: living in Indian Country or frontier Montana

1) What's the path of a successful NA then? Do they just go to school (is it like a normal public school), graduate & go on to college and leave the rez?

2) Also how do NAs feel about the movies...

Re: So what\'s the deal with \"Atlas Shrugged\"?

I read FH & AS. FH attracted me to Rand, the second half of AS I had to force myself into finishing. Overall, I hold both books & Rand in high esteem. I don't think AS is either a great book, or...

Re: Starting to Lift... 5 days a week too much?

I don't have anything to add in regards to a lifting regimen, but 5 days isn't realistic for most people. Set your goals with perseverance in mind, rather than perfection.

Re: Most difficult games of all time!

Maybe not the toughest, but I think the only NES game I had that I never beat was TMNT (the original).

Re: Gilbert Arenas

Arenas with a 32ft game winner tonight. He shot it, just turned & snarled, didn't wait to see it go in. Cocky Mofo, this dude is awesome.

Re: I have a pair of aces you know

I don't get it, what hand is villain ever raising the turn & betting the river here with that you beat? He knows you have a hand once you c/r flop & call the turn raise.

If he thinks you have the...

Re: general line question

Generally I just call down. If the guy is really passive, then I'd probably fold the turn. Against aggro's, I'd call the turn, then evaluate the river.

I'm clueless as far as getting raised on...

Re: Common AK spot.

I don't see how you're ever ahead here. I'd say you're pretty much always drawing to 4 outs. I'd fold.

Re: I just can\'t help myself...

Bet, you probably have the best hand. If you check, you're setting yourself up to be screwed on the turn vs 4 opponents.

Re: Meh middle pairs

As for 27off's suggestion to 3-bet Hand 2, I think his hand analysis is right, but if Hero 3-bets the river, then it's 12 bets in the pot. I'm not sure even a solid TAG is folding, since his raise...
