Default general line question

similar to the WA/WB post of i believe Kwaz, it was said a flop cr was best for this spot but how do we proceed from there

villain raises in CO or button hero calls Axo in BB.

flop
A Q y fd on flop
hero checks, villain bets, hero raises

how are u responding to a flop 3bet from a tag/lag/lap

how about if he calls our cr and we lead a blank turn and a tag/lag/lap raises, how about if he raises on the flush card and our kicker is of that suit?

where are ur thresholds for kickers where it changes from folding to calling down in each of these scenerios vs these 3 different opponents...

Generally I just call down. If the guy is really passive, then I'd probably fold the turn. Against aggro's, I'd call the turn, then evaluate the river.

I'm clueless as far as getting raised on the flush turn.

tooooo many questions. i'm usually calling down from a 3b from everyone you've mentioned, but if a really scary turn card comes i could see a fold. Also, I'm rarely folding if it's a button raise.

Unless the CO is very aggro, i.e. the kind of aggro that bluffs a lot and thinks you are bluffing a lot...

- With Ax, why would you ever checkraise a CO raiser on an AQX board unless you intended to fold to a 3bet?

If the CO is a more "normal" player...

- Why would you ever checkraise him on an AQX board?

Where is the post you refer to that recommends c/r'g in this situation?

I would just calldown from the flop. I don't see the benefit of check/raising a flop like this. Looks like a WA/WB to me.

the post was called does anyone use WA/WB anymore its like 2 pages back now and was by Kwaz.

a couple respected posters said this wasnt WA WB for a couple of reasons including the presense of the draws ect and said the right line choice was to check raise the flop but didnt say what they do from there really so i was trying to find out.
