Yea I really don't have alot of body fat at all, and I have by far a pretty slim build. My goal is basically just to manage the minimum requirements. I would also like to gain some wheight, surely...

I'v recently been called in to serve a year in the army, starting on the 21 of July. The minimum physical test you have to suceed in are:

5000meters run in 26 minutes
5 hang ups with front grip...

Actually the more I think of it the more I feel like betting the turn, if you bet 30 on turn there must still be room for a fold if villains pushes?

Some say check to induce river bet, and its fine. Some say bet turn for value and its also just fine.

When we take into account your short coming of not simmply pushing the flop, I think its decent. Your folding out a better jack here plenty and have outs if called. I like.

Who bets the turn? I think call river, as the hand is played people will bet that river with a ton of hands.
