In boot camp they will have you running a lot doing lots of pushups/situps/chin ups and marching with a heavy backpack on.

So practice running, doing pushups, situps and chin ups, and go for some hikes with 100 pounds strapped to your back.

I really, really recommend leaning down and losing bodyfat as your #1 priority.

He's 192cm tall and 82kg. That's like 6'3 and 180 lb.

But, yeah, his focus should be on strength-endurance.

Yea I really don't have alot of body fat at all, and I have by far a pretty slim build. My goal is basically just to manage the minimum requirements. I would also like to gain some wheight, surely there must be a middle way where this can be possibly?

And from what i'v read about crossfit, is that I would have to dedicate alot more time into training which is not really possible atm. All I can squeeze in is 3 times at the gym and perhaps a jog here and there.

Could anyone at least point me in a direction to another training forum or something?

Are you serious? Already half a dozen people have told you that crossfit is a great program for you. Sit up from your computer right now and do 10 pushups then 20 air squats, then do them again as many times as possible for 20 minutes. Thats crossfit, you can't do that more than 3 times a week?

Uhh.. From what i'v read about crossfit they recomend you to train 5-6 times a week, I have yet to see anywhere a program that's created for less. I could make an attempt to create my own schedual, but I have no idea how i would go about doing that.
