I'd tend to still check. After the Q hit, he likely won't call a turn bet with a worse hand.

probably not but the pot is pretty big and I am not sure I want to give a single heart a free shot to beat us. I think I would bet.
I assume BBs likely range is pocket pairs from the preflop cold call.

If you check the turn, the river brings a fourth heart, and he bets, you've got to fold without a good read.

I'd be a bit worried about a flush but i'd also assume he's playing an overpair at the moment.

Check the turn, see what comes on the river.

Against 2 opponents, and without the ace of hearts in particular, I bet the flop harder.

On that turn, as played, against an unknown, I [censored] my pants. The problem with checking is even if a non-heart river drops, an opponent with balls will still be able to bet you off it (or at least put you to a real tough decision) on the river. Then there's the times the heart does fall. I probably shove--purely to price out hearts--but I hate doing it.
