I'm not sure how big a donkey he is, but from his actions so far I'll assume he's bad enough that I'll call ~2/3 pot river bet with my TPGK. If I'm calling a bet I may as well fire a bet, because if he's not that big a donkey he'll fold higher Jx a lot of the time, and I win the same amount if he has nothing as he'd check behind on this board with say busted FD I'm fairly certain.. If he raises I know I'm beat 99% of the time.
