Not super happy about it but I think this is a fold. Although the turn check behind is confusing.

what is he calling a 3bet so fast with here?

Obv I think KK or AK.

I also should add that I took a long time to check the turn, which seems like i obv looked like I didn't have a queen.

I don't mind a small block bet on the river if you think he never bluff raises you (a good assumption at this level).

Who knows. I kinda like the way you played it tho. I call this bet because you have so underrepped your hand and could easily have induced a bluff from TT,JJ,KK, if he has quads, oh well.

Heh, exactly what I was thinking.

Perhaps KK. The turn check behind is begging him to fire away, which he'll do with JJ or KK quite often.
