Wireless connection problem.....

So, I have a Dell Inspiron laptop with a built-in wireless system. I'm trying to connect to a D-link network, but my Dell just won't stay connected to it. I have the password, and it connects, but...

Re: Not so hot flop for 44 blind situation

I think another argument can be made for folding preflop.... I don't know why people feel the need to 3-bet these low PP's. I suppose if BB is real tight, and Button plays poorly preflop, AND has...

Re: 6players. UTG (VPIP:32/PFR:9.5) raises. AQ on CO. Fold?

Seeing as how you're only way behind about 4 hands here, I think you have to 3-bet this.

Re: Never folding AA. Part II.

I like a fold here. If villain is at all decent I don't see how he's not putting you on an overpair here. His turn c/r shows lots of strength, and that turn just hit every draw (which is why he was...

Re: Long TIme Absolute Players

you can exchange 100k AP rewards points for $1,000? Does it go into your account as a bonus or do they just give you 1k?

Re: Yeh?

I fold preflop - but as played I like a c/r on the flop and a turn lead, but I probably c/f that river. I don't think your line is that bad either.

Re: Marginal Situations

hand 2 - you don't have to fold right away when ANY 3 overcards come on the flop, but we're talking an A and a T here. If he doesn't have you beat right now then he most likely has something like...

Re: Calling two bets before the flop w/ Pocket Pair

I think it's close - but I really lean towards folding in this situation - especially if my opponents are tags or play reasonably postflop. If it's maniacs we're up against then I like the call. ...

Re: capped PF, flop FH, how to get paid off

these guys both had hands like 76s, so there's not much you can do except get pissed that they didnt hit a sliver of the flop. If they had, you woulda got PAID.

Re: 3 hands I think I know the answer to......

Hand 1: I B/F this river - it seems like every 2 pair/straight/flush draw just got there. The only hand I really see you beating is AK, and i don't think villain raises this river with that.

Re: Spewing with ace on board?

Hi
This is a 5 handed, 3-6 Absolute game. Villain is 42/20/2.5 after 50 hands

[/ QUOTE ]

42/20 guys don't coldcall with powerful hands, they reraise. If his coldcall indicates...

Re: Is blind stealing overrated or do I just suck?Stat post

It's also different depending on what blind structure you're playing with. With a 2/3 blind structure you really need to take a look at BOTH opponents when you are stealing, because the SB will not...

Re: Donking into PFR...

anybody else fold this preflop? as played i think it is a good idea to donk this flop if UTG has a high AF. if not i go for a c/r and hope for a favorable turn....

Re: Desperate for help

What limit have you lost 650 BB's at? I mean, variance is one thing, but 650 BB's is quite a lot. If you sincerely think you used to be a winner, then you should compare your previous stats with...

Re: A9, Blind battle, river

Can someone explain why we would be folding this to a river raise? Does villain have a 7 or higher PP often enough to let this one go for 1 more bet on the river?

Re: AK against UTG raiser OOP

Ya, I definitely reraise this PF. I like sending the message to not raise on my BB whenever I can - even if it's UTG raising. At least the rest of the table sees.

And I think a value bet is not...

Re: Pure frusteration? Or a reasonable bluff attempt?

I do stuff like this when I'm losing and trying to force a win - on tilt, whatever. BUT, sometimes it works, and it doesn't look like a terrible move.

Re: TT fold HU

With a flop raise we're giving UTG ~8.5:1 for UTG to call. Is a flop raise really protecting our hand better than a safe-turn card raise?

I think you're right in that a...
