I fold preflop - but as played I like a c/r on the flop and a turn lead, but I probably c/f that river. I don't think your line is that bad either.

I have never really understood how u should think in hands like this (one reason is I've played so low that these types of hands are rare). U flop TP defending ur blind (loose call agaisnt an unknown EP raiser?).

Now u can choose between a lot of different lines like:

1) call down.
2) CR, lead or call down if 3-bet etc.
3) bet/3-bet...
4) c/c flop, CR turn
5)etc...

I just feel totally confused. Mostly I just pick a line, that I 'feel' is right. Anyone care to share some thoughts on this (understand it's a broad subject), or maybe some link to an interesting post or something.

Fold PF you loosey goosey gander. Postflop looks good, but it shows how [censored] of a hand you have if you can't put in a raise with top pair.

Preflop is marginal but I dont mind it against a lot of the abs 3/6 cast.

I dont think WA/WB really applies here cuz there are so many worse hands you wont blow of with a flop c/r. Hands like QQ, QJ, QT, AJ, AT and spade draws wont fold and you may even get calls from A high hands.

I like to raise the turn here, you make draws and 2nd pairs pay. If he 3-bets I would have an easy fold with my weak toppair hand on this board, but I think there is a good possibility you are ahead of him. Otherwise don't play this hand vs. an EP limper.

fold pre unless the raiser is a total dork or button/sb.
and once ive gone that far i call the river, half-expecting to lose
probably fold if the turn is an A though (or rarely cr if i feel tricky/spewy).

River fold looks good, but I'd either c/r the flop or bet the turn. Lots of worse hands are calling. Aj, AT, QQ, and spades will call.

the entire reason not to play this garbage PF in a tiny pot is because your play postflop is really tricky. maximizing profits in a hand like this is really tough, thus folding PF is the best play.
