Re: 1/2 5-handed with lagerborg

a bet with either KJ or 9Ts would be pretty horrible imo and from what I understand this guy is a good player. Even AT would be a bad bet imo. Also 9Ts should obviously be weighted down a good bit...

Re: 100/200 turn and river bluff raises

I don't mind your turn raise but I don't think your river raise works enough of the time (given his stats...maybe you have a better read).

Re: Input on all streets...

My default line would be to bet the flop. I would just call down after his turn raise (after you c/r'ed flop). However, I might take him to 3 bet town on the turn had I bet the flop and he called.

I like the raise. If he's as creative as you say call a 3 bet.

The fact that he is creative makes me want to just call the river, not put in 3 bets. Against...

Re: Is C/R this river spewing?

I don't like your turn bet/3 bet...I know you have a lot of equity but there's a good chance you're beat here given the flop action. River is just spew city.

Re: The worst card in the deck hits the turn...

[ QUOTE ]
Personally, I would either call that turn or lead the turn, and probably fold to more aggression.

[/ QUOTE ]

I think leading the turn against an unknown here is pretty bad. I...

Re: AJ ui: Turnbet?

i definitely like firing again on this turn. not sure about a call down.

sometimes I c/c turn c/c river depending how lag he is.

Re: 15/30: KQs turn and river bluff

Re: 3-betting KQ always gets me in trouble

I usually call preflop against a player with those stats.

I would c/c this river...i couldn't bet/fold unless I really knew the player.

Re: Thin Value or let him Barrell?

I wouldn't 3 bet that flop...just call him down...if he's bluffing with ace high then let him go...he's obviously going to showdown.

Re: 55 flop spot

Preflop is closer to a limp than a raise.

I think this is an easy flop fold (a peel wouldn't be as wrong as a raise)

Re: FPS?

I would cap the flop against unknowns...it may be slightly more EV to wait till the turn depending on the SB's aggression factors.

Re: OOP PF vs a poster

[ QUOTE ]

Some example hands of how I would play differently. Hands like A9o,KTo,K9s,A5s I would normally open with in the HJ, now turn into folds for me with the CO poster in there.

Re: Top Pair No Kicker

Perfect.

I couldn't bet/fold the turn here. It's better to c/c ...he's definitely betting with any piece (or possibly air) when checked to.

Re: HU turn fold w/ TP

I'm hating your flop 3 bet here...I would just call down UI.

Given your line I think you have to see a river getting over 10:1.

MP has a 21 PFR. You don't think his range is wide enough that you're ahead as often as not? Granted, the PFR was a 3-bet, but still. We lose to AA/KK/TT. We beat 88/99/JJ, maybe AK?

Re: QQ against IdiotFarm

Because he's a thinking TAG I sometimes call his 3 bet preflop instead of capping.

Given that you capped I think bet/call flop...c/c a non-ace turn...c/c a non-ace river...

I would never...
