Preflop: In a game such as the one you describe, I think making an isolation raise with 55 is a mistake. Since he's unlikely to knock anybody out, there's really no point to putting in more money preflop. Since CO is a likely limp/raiser, I think it makes this play even worse.

Flop: I would fold here. The pot could easily get raised behind him if one of the blinds flopped something nice, he doesn't have the odds to try to spike a 5, and even if he's ahead he must dodge a host of overcards.

Just my opinion...

Preflop is closer to a limp than a raise.

I think this is an easy flop fold (a peel wouldn't be as wrong as a raise)
