Call the flop raise and check-call the turn. I'd usually check-call the river also, but against some opponents you can bet-fold or bet-call. But generally, I'm showing this hand down and I'm doing it cheaply...he could conceivable raise the flop with many pocket pairs like JJ or 10-10 or even something like AQ. AA or AK would usually wait to raise the turn. I'm not folding this hand heads-up in a shorthanded game on the Internet in a bloated pot that had a steal-resteal component especially.

Because he's a thinking TAG I sometimes call his 3 bet preflop instead of capping.
Given that you capped I think bet/call flop...c/c a non-ace turn...c/c a non-ace river... I would never bet/fold this river after c/c'ing the turn...either c/c or c/f...(i don't think c/f is an option)
