As far as I know a Loose-agressive/passive player is loose agressive pre flop and passive after that.
And that gives you a loser.

You're not OOP...
I don't see the point in waiting for the turn, when you push as the draw hits. Just RR his flop C/R or fold the turn when the draw hits.
