I ran pretty goddamn awful today (QQ < 74o all-in on 766 flop in a $200 pot; 33 < AA all-in on turn of Q836 board, $200 pot; various shortstacks winning AI on flop as 25% underdogs) but managed occasional glimmers of happiness to cap off the weekend.

Yeah, see those downward spikes? Imagine if they pointed upward. I cry thinking about it.

This was literally my last hand of the day, I already had "deal me out" checked, can't really say why I checked the flop, guess it just felt right at the time. I paused at his shove, but I figured that if I play in a way that generates action (i.e. checking flop) I have to be ready to get some, plus the board was too dry for him to have anything too awesome a large % of the time. I think villain in this hand was something like 20/3. When he called preflop I thought to myself that he must have a pair to be calling my raise. When he leads into me I know he has a set of something so I just drop the bomb.
