I'd say the call is ok. Loosing 100 won't make any difference at all, winning 800 will! The flop is a check-push/fold however. just calling is bad!

2) Why are you betting 1200 into a pot of 3075?, you have 1325 left after this bet which put you at 4:th place unless you win the pot!

No, lower buyin is the opposite. People play very poorly late when it matters and you have a much better chance of stacking people early when you do get a monster. Best strategy is tight....
