Default OT: Opportunity of a Lifetime

As some of you may know, Z32fanatic and I have just purchased a 800k, 5300 square foot house in the beautiful Austin, Texas home of the University of Texas (lots of college girls). There are going to be 6 poker players living in the house, but we realized that the demand was too high so we are now going to purchase the house next door as well. We are looking for people who want to move to Austin, Texas and live in the house next door (which is a very baller house), and who are motivated poker players. Also anybody living in the house will be allowed to work out a coaching deal with us if they would like. You have to commit for a year. Said people will pay rent to us and share utility costs.
To be eligible for this opportunity you must know somebody who has met one of us and can vouch that you are not a wackjob.

Let the bidding begin.

I would definitely like to do this. I would need to know some details like the cost of rent/utilities/etc before giving a 100% yes though.

I have a job interview in CA at the beginning of August. If it does not go well, I am so in.

Living with 5 roommates < being homeless.

Of course, it does sound like a cool place to visit for a few weeks.
