Default 4 tabling vs. 8-10 tabling

I currently 4 table the 11s with an ROI of 10% over a decent sample size. I'm interestedin cascading 8-10 tables, probably at the 6.5s. I would be playing without reads since I don't have PT and PTHUD. Would I make more money per hour 8-10 tabling the 6.5s without reads or 4 tabling the 11s with some reads?

Only you can answer this question by trying it out and seeing how it goes.

i would try a few sets 6-tabling first and see how you adjust. then move up to 8 and 10 from there.

this may be a bigger jump than you expect, because these are turbos, and you have been playing regular speed sngs.

edit: i run the turbos in sets of 4 or 6 right now. it can be pretty hard if you get short in a bunch at once.

also, for a practice run, you could 12-table the 1.10 and 3.25 turbo 45 mans to get a feel for things.

If you're going to start playing with lots of overlap(cascading) you definintely want to get PT and HUD before you start.

Get PT and PAHUD and 8-10 table. If you need to 4 table a little longer to pay for those things first then do that, its worth it.

Someone please explain to me how you can play 8-10 tables and still make a profit? I am amazed at how people do this. I realize i am fairly new ... but that is alot of information to keep track of. Do you guys have a system or is it more situational? I would think with that many tables open you would have to be playing your cards more than the players or situation.. No?

My advice: DON'T CASCADE!!!

You want to tile the windows, a cascade will only make you missklick at a time where you can't aford to missklick!

Hi.
What stats do you have visible on your HUD when playing SnG´s?

No. You play the situations. You probably play far fewer hands earlier than you would otherwise, but I think the value lost in doing this is quite minimal. Personally, I don't ever play fewer than 8-tables. The most I play is 18, but this is pretty mentally exhausting given that you don't really get a second off during the entire set.
I feel like I can play profitable poker through 18-tables, but might peak my $/hr at around 12 tables...I'm still working that out.

Misclicking is usually more of a problem if you stack tables than if you cascade, they are generally stepped so the buttons don't line up.
