Re: In divorce does 50/50 always apply?

The best thing for someone involved in a divorce is to get a lawyer, and avoid all other conversations about it (except with a therapist), because you'll drive yourself crazy on things that are...

Re: What is your position on DUI?

You already did a good job letting go of the past when you quit drinking. You can make calls like this in just as good conscience as anyone else.

Re: General Music Discussion Thread (a.k.a. indie lovefest)

I've been rediscovering Soft Machine and some of the other "Canterbury" scene bands I first heard in the late '70s doing college radio.

Soft Machine were contemporaries of Pink Floyd and were in a...

Re: do you talk to your therapist about poker?

I've seen the same one since 1998 and I talk to him about poker occasionally, since I took it up about three years ago. I had a great month a couple years ago playing low stakes NL, and of course...

Re: Asinine PokerStars tournament management

Re: Asinine PokerStars tournament management

I am complaining that their formula, which supposedly takes into account sitting-out players, failed badly and gave one person an undue advantage. They claim to have a formula that favors moving...

Re: Allen Cunningham gay?

Re: Playing while high

This question comes up periodically. When it does, a bunch of stoners will assert that they play better. I haven't personally run any tests to see if it's the same group of stoners.
