Honestly, 1-2 a week would still give your body a decent chance to build resistance. Although I'd sersiously recommend none at all, 1-2 every two weeks would be something I'd consider decent for not letting your body build said resistance.

Ya adderal will [censored] u up!!!!! pop about 10 of the 10mgs and ur nice boyyyy!!!!!!!!!! But seriously if u wanna just do drugs they are cool every once in a while but for everyday its a big nono. Dont know how they are legal tell u the truth. I know one dude that was hooked on them just like crack. Hed find out a somone had prescriptions for them, make friends with them and then rob them of all there adderall (this was back in high school wich is the #1 spot for people on these kinds of meds). In less then 2 months of doing this drug every day he looked like he dropped about 20 lbs of mostly muscle and just looked strung out. You should seriously consider something else like meditating or working out during breaks.

I borrowed some adderall from a friend once. It really does help you concentrate. I was a little too worried about long-term consequences to keep taking it though.

a lot of doctors, even if they diagnose you, look down on adderall and fear the DEA's stigma upon it. You can go through a lot of fees and end up with a strattera prescription. Be forewarned.
