personally i think its just a matter of time. if click2pay's US bank accounts are blocked and shut down from the US and both visa and mastercard has identified click2pay as an online gambling wallet...

i posted this suggestion to the moneybookers post. why not try myCitadel? they are on UB and there are no fees its quite secure. myCitadel is also owned by a public canadian company.

this is only for verification and authentication - its standard amongst most payment processors. they basically want to make sure you are "kosher" and minimize their and the gambling sites fraud...
