Default Big problems with Click2pay (e-wallet)

Not sure if this is the best place to start a topic about this, but it's related to the poker world , being about an electronic wallet . Move it to off topic if it's not ok pls.

I've had an account with this site for more than one year, had made around 15 transactions in total this time, mostly of them between my click2pay account and poker, casino sites.

Well, recently after depositing around 1000$ at Ultimatebet poker, 2 days later tried another deposit, at a different poker site and got transaction refused. Tried to login to my click2pay account only to find that it was locked.
I've tried to contact them : at first, they pretended not to find my account in their database, then a few calls later they simply closed the connection as soon as they heard who I was. Well I didn't give up and continued phoning them (as my 10+ emails never got an answer). At some point , they told me that my account was locked by the managament, the reason being security reasons. Ok I said, let me know what's going on and if you need some kind of documents (I've advised them to contact the sites I've had transctions with in the past and they will confirm that every transaction was legal etc, they didn't even want to hear about that), I'm happy to provide them , to get this solved. They said my account will remain locked and they will send my remaining balance (around 500 pounds) to my credit card.

Well one week later and no money refunded, I tried to contact them again and this time they said the management decided to lock my account and keep my balance, end of story.

I've tried contacting bill dozer, but someone from his staff responded that it's a bit out of their range (being an e-wallet and not a sportsbook) and they can't help me.

I'm posting this here, maybe someone knows a way for me to get my cash and if they get this solved of course there would be a percent of the balance as a reward .

Bill Dozer said I should look into a way to get my case into justice but need to find a way to do that.

PS: I know some of your don't like to see a new face (In fact I'm lurking for more than one year here) posting this kind of thread in his first posts but this situation forced me to do so.
I've posted this on forums where I've been an active member for more than one year, but as I know this is one of the biggest gambling community on the internet, I tought it wouldn't harm to let u know too. Thank u.

you can always try mycitadel or citadel checks...they are still going strong and i know they are on UB. isn't moneybookers still around?

legally click2pay cannot keep your funds so i agree with bill dozer's suggestion. you should see what the c2p's terms of agreement say and maybe consult some legal advice. as for c2p locking you out - did you try to login from a differnt computer? do you have any existing chargebacks or owe any money from the past? sometimes that freezes the account.

I tried on both my desktop and laptop and from a friend's laptop, so the browser/settings are not the problem.

I had no charge backs, as I had the money in the click2pay account, was not processing them from my credit card.

I only made transactions in and out of click2pay account and to poker sites (at 2-3 casinos too, but that was in the past) and lately was only playing poker for bonuses etc.

Great. Click2Pay seemed to be the only service out there similar to Neteller. The others take money from your credit cards and crap like that. Now who are we gonna use?

i tired to set up a Click2Pay account and was told I was lying about my information. I guess I don't know my own name.

Customer phone support is horrible and email is even worse.

long story short...Click2Pay sucks. I opened up a MyCitadel Wallet and it worked like a charm.
