best payment methed after neteller?

I only have a Neteller account currently. I was wondering what everyone's prediction is of what online banking site will emerge as most popular (for Americans) after Neteller bails. I figure the most popular will be the most secure since it will have the most resources. Looks to me like it might be epassport so I'm considering getting one before UB or Absolute offer another "Neteller excluded" bonus. How does using epassport differ from Neteller? Is it easy to cash out to my bank account? Are there fees for that?

i posted this suggestion to the moneybookers post. why not try myCitadel? they are on UB and there are no fees its quite secure. myCitadel is also owned by a public canadian company.
