Anyone notice they want your social to create an account? You can't even trust US banks to safeguard your info and I'm going to trust some overseas company that I have no idea what kind of security is in place.

this is only for verification and authentication - its standard amongst most payment processors. they basically want to make sure you are "kosher" and minimize their and the gambling sites fraud and risk.

This is the only site that has asked it. I work close to the credit industry and deal with ACH transactions and SS# is not something that you ask for. Standard is making 2 small deposits into an account and having the person verify the amounts.

Thanks for bringing this up Clownfish. Another reason I'll look elsewhere. Know anything about MyCitadel?

Are click2pay and mycitadel publicly traded?
I don't know, I just trust neteller cause they're so big and traded and everything...(they're traded right???) |

Yeah, mycitadel is publicly traded, don't think click2pay is. I'm ok giving last 4 digits of SSN, especially since I think they use it to make sure other people can't pretend to be me.

myCitadel (www.mycitadel.com) is a product of Citadel Commerce (www.citadelcommerce.com) which is sub company of ESI (www.esi.ca) of which is a publicly traded company on the tsx (toronto stock exchange located in Canada). I believe ESI has a sub company called ESI Integrity that audits state lotteries and paramutuals (horse racing) so I'm pretty confident they are safe, secure and legit.
