i tired to set up a Click2Pay account and was told I was lying about my information. I guess I don't know my own name.

Customer phone support is horrible and email is even worse.

long story short...Click2Pay sucks. I opened up a MyCitadel Wallet and it worked like a charm.

I would guess they might have a list on their website. I know they work for Ultimate Bet which is all I've needed to use it for so far.

No news yet. They simply refuse to email/phone me back on this matter. I will keep this up if I'm allowed until they come to their senses.

And yes, they have a very bad phone support, they answer like they are not payed to do exactly that.

Citadel is a e-check payment method. The sites that have this payment method allow you to enter all your information on their cashier and the funds come out of your checking or savings account.

myCitadel is exactly like NETeller & FirePay. Meaning it's a stored value wallet. You pay at the sites that accept it with your myCitadel account.

OK, any update Pkrbt?

Bad BR management has led to the crossroads of needing to deposit some $.
I was Firpey, and I don't want to give Neteller my business since they've said they're going to comply with the US law recently passed.

So, this click2pay looks shady or understaffed.
What's my best choice? This citidel thing?

Im giving Epass a try as sorta back up to neteller.Ive heard some people like it, but so far two things annoyed me.First,it takes literally two weeks to make a first time funding of the account, one week to verify your checking account(although i think you can do this part faster using verified by visa if you have a CC you want to use),and one week for your first deposit to be verified.Second,it took them seven days to respond to my first email uggg.(they do have a phone number though)Hopefully the first part was just real good security and it will be smoother from here on out.

I had almost the same problem but I was just trying to set up my account with Click2Pay.

I opened my account and they never called for a security check, then I tried to log in and it said my account was locked. I called after none of my emails were answered and some lady took 20 minutes to "find" my account. Then when she asked me to verify simple information like name and address she made me say it like 10 times then put me on hold for 10 minutes, came back and then said something to the effect of "you are wrong about your name and address and your account will never be opened. goodbye."

I went and opened up a MyCitadel account. They seemed to be able to comprehend the name on my social security card and the address of the house which I reside in.
