Neteller declining cards?

I just tried to deposit some money into my neteller account and it was denied it said, "We're sorry. Your credit card has been declined.Your attempt to deposit by credit card has been declined. This may be due to restrictions set by your credit card issuer."

I have way more than enough to cover my deposit so I called the number on the back of my card. The operator doesn't understand why it is being withheld, puts me on hold then tells me she cant help me. This is not a credit card it was my check card so I don't see how they can tell me how to spend my money if it is in fact on their end. Has anyone else had problems making deposits lately?

This is your bank policy and is no fault on Netellers part.

when neteller declined your card did it push you to EFT option? can you not use instacash?

have you tried mycitadel secure swipe: http://www.citadelcommerce.com/mycit...cureswipe.html I've been using it for awhile and its been good so far.
