Re: Is this a good spot to push?
[ QUOTE ]
I like a push here. I´m not too worried about UTG+1, CO, and SB: why would they create a multiwaypot with a strong pair? I put UTGs range on TT, JJ, AQ, AK, meaning 44% for you to win. If...

Re: Ram Vaswani speaks about that \'Golf Game\'.
[ QUOTE ]
Also, the whole "anything goes when gambling in golf" thing is fine, whatever. If somebody who is not familiar with the "whatever goes" attitude to golf gambling is being hustled by...

Re: Ram Vaswani speaks about that \'Golf Game\'.
A lot of people on here forget that poker is a game based on deception, a fair game at that, when played within it's accepted rules by both parties. A game of golf does not encompass deception as...

Re: $33 deep stack value bet
Why the raise pre flop? It's early on in the tournament and players are going to call. You are just building a big pot with a poor hand.
If you must raise make it around the 140 mark.

Re: AJs from button
I re-raise pre flop almost everytime to define their hand, and mine. As you didn't he probably thinks you have a weaker ace then you actually do. He could have made the initial raise with any ace and...

HOH1-3 is THE tournament manual. Nothing comes close.

Exactly that. Whilst Super System is called the poker bible, HoH is the tournament manual. It really doesn't leave...

Re: suspicious limp?
There haven't been any other limpers yet, and only a tool would limp those hands under the gun with an M of 11. In this situation the limper usually is a tool, which is why a pre flop shove is the...

Re: suspicious limp?
[ QUOTE ]
UTG limp is always suspicious. UTG limp from a tight player is a timebomb.
Min-raise and fold to pretty much any action from him.
[/ QUOTE ]
What does that achieve? They are...
