Re: $16 - JJ vs LAGG
i play it the same way as OP. I'm not keen on pushing the flop since he's not folding any hands that beat us, and if he's got 99, TT we're getting it AI the flop anyway. Checking induces shoves /...

Re: $16 - QQ raise or push preflop?
I think you're too deep to shove profitably here.
You could raise it to 400 (so a raise of 300 more). Then if MP2 shoves, and if the button calls you can then shove over. A raise to 525 forgoes...

Re: $6 Party JJ did i really play this bad?
Welcome.
I agree with previous comments - 240-300ish preflop: you have a good hand, and want to get value. In higher stakes, limping is also fine but I presume most $6 Party players are pretty...

$50, TPTK + NFD. OK to slowplay?
Is it OK to slowplay the flop here? I called the flop hoping the BB, who was very bad, would come along for the ride with a worse flush draw. I had no read on the CO. Is pushing the turn standard?...

Re: $27 KK utg w/ flush draw on board
you have only 700 left, so if you're going to bet it has to be a shove. and i think i would shove: you get value if he has a J.
by the way, this may be being results-orientated, but i think i...

Re: $10+1 sng ALL in Call
readless, i fold, although they show up with AQ, or, in a $10+1, random A4o type hand sometimes.
The thing is doubling up in a SnG isn't valuable enough to make it worth the risk.

Re: 6.50 is this a push
reads really helpful in this spot here, but i'd normally push.
ace_ren, your first point is one thing to take into account, but i think you have more fold equity in future if you push now (and...

Re: $10 - Standard situation still no plan
definitely call. if he's pushing with 25% - the default range on SnG Wiz which is pretty conservative in this instance - it's +2.4% to call. On more realistic ranges, it's >+3% to call. It's only...

Re: $114: \"Bluff\"/value bet this river ITM?
wouldn't an Ace push preflop?
so seems ok, although there's a very small chance he'll check-raise you (i'm surprised how often i see this on the river even from decent players). what do we do...

Re: ($6.5) QQ on monotone board.
i don't like check-folding. bet. be prepared to get it all in on the flop. and if no Ace or club comes on the river shove turn. if they don't understand pot odds, all the more reason to bet.

Re: PS 25+2 correct or not?
i'm happy with this play. i like the check on the turn for pot control because he may have a Q. Having said this i don't think a bet on the turn is bad.
