Re: Nightly 55k on FTP, I 4bet shove KQo, good or bad?

I'd fold. You're risking an excellent stack and so much just to win 5400.

Re: uhhh... 200nl

well obviously you're rarely good here against an unknown. imo this is a call you should almost never make, but your thought process here wasn't too bad. i still think turn is a check since that will...

Re: uhhh... 200nl

Could be 99, could be 76. Your thought process isn't nearly as bad as everyone says, I actually don't mind this call that much. The thing I really dislike though is the turn bet. Your hand is only...

Re: AK blind battle against ZBTHorton

I would just call in case he's bluffing and let him fire again. If you shove here you're letting him play perfectly against you.

Re: Just call with rivered flush?

It's a different who's betting river than who's betting turn. As long as SB isn't a tardstick I totally agree with just call.

Really didn't think he was tagging along. Freelancer 86>>>junk. Anyway enough about preflop, what do you guys do on the river?

Re: NL 200 Middle Pair = nuts?

Oh yeah about preflop, I'm always one for playing bigger pots in position so yeah.

Re: TT overpair in reraised pot.

I'm not folding. Your hand is very underrepresented at this point so he might think he's getting you to fold AK or something. It's interesting to note that you only beat bluffs, since I doubt he'd...

Re: 200nl: bottom set in 3 way reraised pf pot

You know if you just call your hand looks a lot like a flush draw. Problem is diamond kills your action/beats you if they have one so I guess raise it up.

NL 200 Middle Pair = nuts?

Very first hand at table so no reads. Villain is mingaw if that means anything but I haven't played with him before.

Re: $10 AQ line check

This is fine. BTW just raise to 450 preflop. When you're shorter I can see 400 and stuff like that, but being the big stack you have no reason to cheat the 3xBB rule.

Re: KK, first level of turbo ($6.50)

Absolutely not valuetowning. Lots of 2 pairs don't bet here and you will often have trouble getting called by a Q, and this doesn't even include the times he's waiting to checkraise w/ a 9.

Re: A classic AA RR hand

Why are you checking this flop? It's very suspicious and you won't be inducing bluffs with it.
