Help w/ PT

My friend wants to send me his entire PT database(I think there are 2). What is the best way to do this?

easiest, most flexible and smaller transfer = export hand histories, zip, send, import
backup and restore is more complicated and the files will be larger, perhaps twice as big.

if they are access databases just zip them up using 7zip and put them on a usb drive or burn them to a CD. Or setup an FTP server and transfer them that way if usb or cd is not practical.

If they are postgres, export them with pgadmin3 or from pokertracker, compress them with 7zip, and transfer the files.
