Default JJ in rr pot on Axx board

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ BB (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

CO ($244.35)
Button ($45)
Hero ($350.50)
BB ($200)
UTG ($196.50)
MP ($215.07)

Preflop: Hero is SB with J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. Hero posts a blind of $1.
<font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">CO raises to $10</font>, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero (poster) raises to $32</font>, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, CO calls $23.

Flop: ($68) 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $40</font>, CO folds.

Final Pot: $108

Villain here is pretty tight. This flop is obviously either check-fold or bet/fold. Can I bluff him off QQ/KK enough here to make a c-bet profitable?

Isnt this pretty standard? Sometimes I'll bet a little more on the flop, around $50-ish, but you have to bet/fold this. c/c gets nowhere since worse hands cannot 'value bet'

Now, when he calls and we're OOP on the turn is where I am lost.

Checkk-calling is awful. Its bet/fold or check/fold.
