Default NL 200 Middle Pair = nuts?

Very first hand at table so no reads. Villain is mingaw if that means anything but I haven't played with him before.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $2 BB (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

UTG ($417.55)
MP ($134.60)
CO ($224.30)
Button ($208.50)
SB ($189.65)
Hero ($200)

Preflop: Hero is BB with 8, 6.
1 fold</font>, MP calls $2, 2 folds</font>, SB raises to $8</font>, Hero calls $6, MP calls $6.

Flop: ($24) 6, 3, T (3 players)</font>
SB checks, Hero bets $15</font>, MP calls $15, SB folds.

Turn: ($54) 4 (2 players)</font>
Hero bets $40</font>, MP calls $40.

River: ($134) J (2 players)</font>
Hero checks, MP bets $71.6 (All-In)</font>, Hero...?

On turn I bet to basically find out where I was, possibly fold out flush draws and tens. So what do we do on river? I don't know what he limps with that he shoves here as well, I can't think of combinations with a ten. Some kinda suited connector flush that missed makes sense and so does 33 but I imagine 33 would have gotten it in on the turn.

Give me one second, your considering sticking it in with middle pair without ANY reads???

Can you see how bad that sounds?

Fold preflop, if you put SB on a squeeze and think you can take this hand down somewhere, then raise

Bet the flop like a man, you're giving sick odds and acting weak...

Check fold turn and river if you get there...

Oh yeah about preflop, I'm always one for playing bigger pots in position so yeah.

Guys its a 86o, I'm all for playing junk but this is horrid. Unless you have some kind of a read fold it all day long.

I hate the pf call. I also think it is flawed to think that villain folds a Tx on turn without a read that he will. Also you say you can't think of any Tcombination that shoves here? JT????
