I'd agree w/ djk if only it wasnt going from 14bbs to 5bbs. Thats a very huge strategical difference obv losing your fold equity, and i think that is enough to push u over the edge to the fold...

take out 1010-aa from villians range, unless you have some reason to include, calculate 66's equity against that range.I'd have a hard time imagaining that 66 does not have 50% equity, w/ the blinds...
