Do you think it would be harder to maintain your winrate if you played fewer hours, say 15 hours a week?

Does most of your profit come from known or unknown players?

Is there anything lower staked players can do to promote the longevity of PL?

Will phil call you a nine-tabling bot in this thread?

I've seen Ari around the PLO8 SNGs and occasionally cash and am so jealous of this guy.

Hey Dave-
I've recently started playing a good deal of PLO8 at Stars and FTP. Mostly at the $200 or $400 limits. I'm a recreational player, but I do consistently make money playing.

Just two questions:

1) What's your opinion on players preflop pushing their AAxx in NLO8? I generally do not do that, because I think I can make more money playing them post-flop than pushing and 90% of the times just winning the blinds.

2) What are your notes on me (Wilytilt on Stars)? I noticed that you tend to play very aggressively against me in pots, but this may just be because you are aggressive in general. I'd like to hear what holes you see in my game, if you can remember them.

Thanks-Wily

I think it really depends on how good your AA hand is. Say you have AA68r, I see no reason not to take down what's already in the pot since your chances of improving are pretty slim. Pushing preflop with AA w/ a suited wheel card could be a major loss of value.

I don't have any specific notes on you, but I always realize you are playing a pretty solid game.

I always play with the same level of aggression, has nothing to do with opposition.

I would need to some serious PTO studies to examine your game better. I haven't witnessed you making too many donkplays, because I'm usually too busy making my own. Maybe you could crank up your aggression a little more, and initiate some more action. I don't think you really need any help from me though.

1. Looking at Sharkscope, it doesn't appear that you play many SNGs (at least on Stars). Is this because the edge a good PLO8 player has at higher levels just doesn't translate to a decent ROI?

2. How much do you tip a pizza guy?

3. Alba or Biel?
