Re: I was going to instacall a flop push.

Re: Common spot, what do we do here again?

i usually reraise (most of the time it's a push)

it just seems that cold-calling is too obviously a big hand and gives the original raiser a decent price and implied odds to call and outflop you.

Re: 2/4 nl deep play-along, interesting spot

yuck

so...$425 in the pot, 600 eff stacks, no pair, no draw, but we may have 6 outs or even have the best hand if he called with AQ/AJ.

if this were live, i'd have moved it all in blind before...

Re: KK reraised vs boostedJ

him checking the flop after reraising PF is really strange. i'd put him on QQ and fold the turn :-P

actually, i'd probably bet $300 on the flop and be done with the hand if he calls or...

Re: I can\'t play nl (easy hand)

fold

i like the flop bet sometimes, but with your relative position to the PF raiser, i think i'd rather check and either fold/call/raise based on anything i can get off his betting action.

Re: 5/10 - flop pair + OESD, turn trips

okay, so what's my plan after the check-raise?

I bet $100, Villain check-raises to $300 straight

push? call and let him bet the river?

He has about $1,200 left after his check-raise.

yeah, with a passive villain, you're looking at AA/KK most of the time

Re: 5/10NL - K4s flush draw turns TP

Also, as played, I don't think a c/r AI is automatic. He's very rarely calling worse, and never folding better. Whether or not to push depends a lot on his bet size.
