Default Flopping the immortal nuts

Villian is Gravewolfe (and he just left the table so I don't have stats), but he has been very aggressive preflop and ive repopped him a few times. I don't think we have played a hand on the flop yet, or at the very least nothing major.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $4 BB (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

MP ($385.60)
CO ($557.40)
Hero ($524.75)
SB ($1361.75)
BB ($405.75)
UTG ($472.90)

Preflop: Hero is Button with T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">CO raises to $16</font>, Hero calls $16, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>.

Flop: ($38) J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">CO bets $24</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $66</font>, <font color="#CC3333">CO raises to $188</font>, Hero calls $122.

Turn: ($414) 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
CO checks, Hero checks.

River: ($414) 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
CO checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $320.75 (All-In)</font>

I would raise more on the flop the first time ~85 or so.

Turn and river are fine

Think and then push. He is priced in with an Ace high flush draw, he can have the flush himself, and he can have a set. All these hands will be most eager to get it in on the flop.

EDIT: $160 on the turn
