Default 5/10 - flop pair + OESD, turn trips

Full live 5/10NL game

4 limpers to me, I limp behind in the CO with T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], Button folds, blinds in, seven to the flop

Flop $70 - J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

checks to me, I bet $50, folds back to Villain who calls, hijack folds, heads up to the turn

Turn $170 - T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

Villain checks, my action?

Villain has about $1,500 in front and I cover. Villain seems slightly loose and aggressive, but pretty good. I think he'd bet the flop with a made straight, set, two pair, and most combo draws. I think his most likely hand is a flush draw or some sort of one pair hand, maybe with a straight draw.

I'm expecting that if I bet the turn, I'm going to get check-raised a good percentage of the time and that Villain will fold the rest of the time...like, maybe 50/50. So what's my plan then?

Being as youre ahead of flush draws and one pair hands, except QT, looks like you want to bet and wouldnt mind a check raise.

okay, so what's my plan after the check-raise?

I bet $100, Villain check-raises to $300 straight

push? call and let him bet the river?

He has about $1,200 left after his check-raise.

I'm confused. Your read is that he almost never has you beat, but is often drawing live... right? So what's the problem here?

Based on your read, why aren't you trying to get as much money in the pot as fast as humanly possible?
