This is fine. BTW just raise to 450 preflop. When you're shorter I can see 400 and stuff like that, but being the big stack you have no reason to cheat the 3xBB rule.

Absolutely not valuetowning. Lots of 2 pairs don't bet here and you will often have trouble getting called by a Q, and this doesn't even include the times he's waiting to checkraise w/ a 9.
