Re: Kicked out with a valid ID at Hard Rock - what should I have done?

You should have given them your school photo ID as well as a credit card/ATM card with your paper ID. That would be more convincing and if that doesn work, just walk away go someplace else.

Re: 5/10 live in Detroit. A guy goes all-in blind for 21 bbs.

Depends on the game, how much you are willing to gamble...Having played in that game, if you call with a medium pair chances are you are going to get one or two overalls which doesnt bode well for...

Re: 20$ freezeout, AKo in SB, multiple limping in front of me

Push and hope only one comes along because if they all get desperate you will be in trouble.

Re: 5/10 Q10o squeeze

I think it really depends on how often you check a flop after reraising preflop. Also, the jack is a great card for villain to be bluffing as it becomes less likely you have one. I would call turn...

Re: Trying to get Trickier with my Draws

As described, I don't see villain calling here ever, since he has a set here almost never. I love the play regardless of the results against this type of villain.

Re: 10/15 NL- opinions on this laydown.....

Without reading all the replies, there is pretty much ZERO percent chance an ABC player checks AA/QQ here on the flop nore does an ABC player raise 33 enough to ever make this a fold. He would...

Re: final 2 tables stars nightly 100k huge decision: call or fold?

Given you have no read and the tables just condensed to full ring, I would lean towards a fold here. Villain still has 15BB and I doubt villain is making a move here with a lower PP, so at best case...

Re: 3/6 quick question call or fold preflop vs Alotofaction

Juts curious if its full ring or 6-max, but either way I think this is a fold (although I have not played with villain)...Your just not ahead enough times I don't think unless he is a complete monkey

Re: 5/10 big draw on turn

I like it a lot then because turn makes a lot of hands you could call flop with and seems likely you get villain to fold enough times plus make your hand on river to make the play profitable.

How often you make that kind of overbet on the turn like that with the goods?

Re: 5-10.... ezee fold?

I agree with duck here against an unknown showing immense strength with a C/R AI after you are showing a lot of stength by your bets, you can easily find a fold even with the odds as you are likely...

Re: Getting value w/ quads - $10 MTT

Cmon your line reeks like quads. I mean no villain in their right mind is going to call his bet unless he is on a suicide mission. Bet 150-200 for value on river and hope to get a crying call from a...

Re: Facing an early shove in $4 180 SNG

This is a fairly easy fold this early on in a bigger tournament. However, in these fast moving, short buy-in tournies I would be much more inclined to gamble it up and look to double up early on to...

Re: Did I Misplay This - Final 4, $50+5, $50,000 Guarantee Bodog Tourn

This is terrible IMO. Make a bet on the flop, 80,000ish should be good to either take down the pot or find out where your at. Clearly had you done this, Button would have called and SB would have...

Re: messed up this hand pretty good 5-10

Tough spot and a tough board to be firing three barrels. I mean I would probably make a crying call, but I really don't see too many hands you beat here. Looks like villain flopped a set here.

Re: Deep Top 2 Flop Decision, 5/10 Live

Push??? You think the optimal play here is to from a $200 bet to a $1600 bet??? Seems suicical to me and will only be called by a better hand. One plan of action I was contemplating was 3-betting to...

Deep Top 2 Flop Decision, 5/10 Live

For anyone who read my other post, it's the same villain. We have been tangling a lot this session, and his aggression is picking up. In the previous post, villain C/R flop with flush draw and fired...

Re: -30k downswing... help me plz :( 2 hands

I really think you can find some easy folds in both hands here, esp the second hand. Fold to the flop reraise and move on to the next hand. You can't try and chase your losses, but trying to win...
