Re: post your training schedule
[ QUOTE ]
Right now I do BJJ 3X a week, but I plan on increasing my training, hopefully with some Muay Thai, when I start studying for the bar in May. Are you gonna study 12 hours a day?

Re: post your training schedule
In my experience, everyone will always be significantly stepping up their training in the near future. And of course, as soon as I pass the bar exam I will be getting back into training.

Re: BJJ school: Martial Arts Beginner
I agree with CaucasionAsian's comments. The place looks legit and I would imagine runs between $100 and $150 per month. You might feel out of place, but everyone does the first time they train, so...

Re: Aikido = wtf?
Again, when people play along with your "moves" it's not hard to look good. As you see in the second video, that guy actually sucks.

Whitepotato,
Thanks for the help. How long have you done BJJ, and why do you study it? Are you concerned that doing ground fighting IRL might leave you open to getting attacked by a 3rd...

Most places start all beginners out with a gi, because it helps you learn lots of basic stuff. I think that is a good idea, I would not have learned technique as fast no gi because the gi acts as a...
