Default post your training schedule

Right now, my training schedule is:
Monday - Boxing class at school (kinda lame)
Tuesday- Solo work on heavy bag
Wednesday- Boxing class at school, and then later on 1 hour of Jeet Kune Do, and then one hour of JKD influenced grappling (mostly based on japanese jiu jitsu I think)
Thursday-JKD training with partner
Friday- Solo work on heavy bag
Saturday- Work with different training partner
Sunday-1 hour of JKD, followed by 1 hour of japanese jiu jitsu, and some kali stick work, and knife disarms

As of next week or so, my training schedule should be the same, except with the addition of 3 days of BJJ at Rickson Gracie's school.

Do you ever lift weights?
Or do you just work out once a day?

No, but I will. I need to buy some freeweights, because I don't want to join a gym at the moment.

In my experience, everyone will always be significantly stepping up their training in the near future. And of course, as soon as I pass the bar exam I will be getting back into training.

Mon/Wed - Aikido
Tues - Open house, usually grappling
Lift or do some cardio 3 times a week wherever I can fit it in to my schedule.

I'm sorta stuck in a very small town with not much around for quite a ways. I'd like to take BJJ from an instructor and some more judo in the future. It's tough to find in Wisconsin if you're not in the big cities.

How often do yall drink? Obviously if you're competitive you dont drink before a fight, but Im curious how drinking habits affect training schedules.

Im wanting to start training seriously soon here, but Im procrastinating; thinking about it too much and not doing it.

Almost never drink. If I do, it's usually a drink or two.

Right now I do BJJ 3X a week, but I plan on increasing my training, hopefully with some Muay Thai, when I start studying for the bar in May. Are you gonna study 12 hours a day?
